Today is the feast day of St Vincent de Paul - a wonderful and well known saint of the Catholic tradition. Four of our FiAT students joined with representatives from Bede Polding for a liturgy where we reflected on St. Vincent's message that has inspired so many people to see the face of Christ in the poor. Thankyou to Jacinta, Jess, Tash and Monique for representing us so beautifully!

St Monica's School Captains represented St Monica's at the annual Bede Polding Year 12 Graduation and Investiture Assembly. 😊 We congratulate Seanna Saliba and Joshua Josevski on their appointment to the 2025 Bede Polding student leadership team. 👏 Seanna and Joshua are both past students of St Monica's. We wish them well in their new endeavors. 🙏🏻

Last night Jade, Aurora and Mrs Malvagna attended the Hawkesbury Camera Club judging at the Richmond Club. They helped pick photographs that will be donated to the children’s ward in Hawkesbury Hospital and other hospitals around Sydney. Aurora and Jade were presented with a certificate and gifted a photograph by the photographers in the Hawkesbury Camera Club.

Amazing news from the MacKillop Athletics Championships today! Levi placed 4th in his heat and recorded a personal best of 14.99s and in the final he placed 2nd!!! Again beating his PB, recording a super fast time of 14.78s. Congratulations Levi! What a star performance!🤩🥈🏃‍♂️

Last Friday morning, the members of our FIAT group shared a cuppa and a chat with two St. Vincent de Paul volunteers. Mrs Petersen and Mrs Wilson from Richmond Vinnies answered questions, shared stories and scripture and listened as members of our FIAT team shared who and what inspires them to help others. What a lovely occasion to join together as part of the St. Monica's faith community.😊
